My Story
From Processes to Human Potential

Years ago, I began my professional journey as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. Our mission was to optimize work processes across the organization — making them clear, easy to follow, compliant with safety and quality standards, and ultimately improving team efficiency. Whenever necessary, we adapted those processes to fit the specific needs of a product or client. And while the systems kept improving something still felt missing. Something that kept teams from unlocking their full potential.

I've always loved connecting with people — listening, supporting, and helping them grow. So I kept asking myself: “What more can I do to help people feel better — and perform better?”
That question led me on a journey. And it brought me to the world of Agile and Agile Project Management — which gave me many of the answers I’d been searching for. I started focusing not just on tasks and goals, but on people:
-
building trust within teams
-
paying attention not only to what we say, but how — our tone, posture, eye contact
-
learning to better understand ourselves
-
recognizing our own needs, and the needs of others
-
and communicating with respect, openness, and courage

During this time, still working in corporate environments, I began to notice something interesting: my biggest sense of joy and fulfilment came when colleagues shared that the practices they’d learned for teamwork were transforming their personal relationships — with partners, family, even friends. That touched me deeply. And that’s how I naturally found my way to coaching.
I truly believe that each person already carries the wisdom and resources they need. Sometimes we just need someone to help us remember them.
This desire — to support people in reconnecting with their inner strength, clarity, and purpose is what motivates me the most.
It’s what keeps me learning, growing, and dreaming bravely — for myself, and for those I walk beside.
